PAVolaris (referred to herein and in our Privacy Policy) shall not be held accountable for any disparities between the real-time data on www.pavolaris.com and fare or price data obtained when trying to confirm the booking of common carrier airfare directly through the airline. Airfare and ticket availability are dynamic and may change between viewing available airfare and confirming a reservation with the airline. PAVolaris is designed to act as a search tool to show availability and fares in real time, but due to the dynamic nature of airfares it may change when a user attempts to book on the airline’s website.
Airfare displayed on www.pavolaris.com or its subdomains may display fares that require enrollment in special programs with the airline. The airfare cost shown on this website reflects the lowest available airfare for given search dates for customers with memberships to said programs.
PAVolaris does not sell any airfare or guarantee availability of airfares—its only use is as a search tool.
A subscription to PAVolaris is intended for the use of one person. Standard subscription plans require enrollment and confirmation via a registered email address, and data regarding location and the number of searches per account may be collected to enforce this policy.
The unlimited search feature is for personal use. PAVolaris reserves the right to limit account holders who show trends of abuse or password sharing. These members may have their accounts restricted, deleted, or search numbers limited without any refund offered.
Users suspected of password sharing will have their accounts restricted and/or terminated and will be informed via their email of any such restrictions or terminations.
PAVolaris is a monthly pay-for-service. For $7.95 per month users subscribe to PAVolaris Pro (Monthly Access – Monthly) to get unlimited searches on the website. Subscription is automatically renewed until canceled. Cancel at any time.
PAVolaris reserves the right to offer promotional subscription prices without notice. These special offers may only be available to new subscribers.
Members attempting to circumvent any promotional terms may face account closure or suspension without notice.
A 30-day notice will be sent to any active subscriber at the time any price increase is established.
Price increases will not affect any prepaid annual or seasonal plans until the end of the current enrollment period.
Members whose payment method expires or does not process may not regain access to PAVolaris and its services until the payment method is reestablished, and the subscription has been paid in full.
No Refunds. PAYMENTS ARE NONREFUNDABLE, AND THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS FOR PARTIALLY USED PERIODS. After cancellation, however, access to the service continues through the end of the current billing period unless otherwise notified.
All users are subject to the terms and conditions of the selected payment processor when it is chosen.
By providing your email to PAVolaris, you consent to receiving promotional emails and necessary email communication, including but not limited to communication about promotions, changes in terms of service, and billing questions or issues.
PAVolaris may collect and monitor your search trends and history to improve the website.
Your personal data will not be sold, bartered, or traded to any advertising agency or corporation.
Personal data includes Name, Email Address, and information related to the payment method, which is neither stored nor shared with PAVolaris from the payment processor.

You are responsible for acquiring and maintaining all telephone, computer hardware, internet, or cell data access and other services needed to access and use this service.
PAVolaris is not liable for any incurred costs due to data discrepancies between what is displayed on this website and real-time data provided by common carriers (Airline).
PAVolaris is not sponsored, endorsed, or affiliated with Volaris, any other airline, airline pass, or discount program/club. Any use of names, phrases, or information related to trademarked material is purely coincidental.
We make no representations or warranties regarding the content displayed on this site.
By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you acknowledge and agree that they release PAVolaris from any legal action, including but not limited to class-action lawsuits.
